Recently, one of my AC units stopped working. Max accessed the unit, determined the problem, ordered the necessary part and had repaired within 24 hours. His kindness and expertise are reasons I can depend on Garner AC & Heating. I highly recommend their company!

Upsized ducting into the bedrooms and upsized the buckets. Installed returns in both rooms with filters. Removed metal WYEs and made ducts into home runs. Installed new registers. Sealed all connections with mastic. Tested static. Everything is operating as it should at completion of service.
Performed A/C tune-up on a Rudd heat pump system and checked the electrical, mechanical and performance systems of the unit. Filter was replaced recently and is clean. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line. Cleaned the exterior of the air handler and washed the outdoor coil. I found that the indoor coil is dirty. The system is currently working but I did inform him that if the coil gets dirtier it will restrict airflow and freeze over. I presented the homeowner with repair options. No other issues were found. The system is operational at this time.
Air Conditioning System Tune-Up: I conducted a detailed air conditioning system tune-up to optimize performance. By cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and performing system tests, I ensured efficient cooling and extended the unit’s lifespan.
Attic Insulation Installation: To improve energy efficiency, I installed high-quality attic insulation, preventing heat loss and helping to maintain comfortable temperatures year-round. This upgrade reduces energy consumption and enhances indoor comfort for the homeowner.
AC cool check completed on a horizontal Trane system. All mechanical and electrical within manufacturer specs. The system is cooling properly at this time.

Completed a two system heat check on two horizontal heat pump systems. Upstairs unit - No major issues found. Downstairs unit - I found that the emergency drain pan has rusted, and there is buildup on the blower wheel. Both systems are heating properly at time of departure.
Service diagnostic found that the capacitor on the condenser unit has failed. Options for repair were presented to the homeowner, and Matt chose to have the capacitor replaced. I replaced the capacitor and function tested the system. The system is now operational.
AC System Replacement Service: A client sought to replace their outdated American Standard AC unit with a more efficient cooling system. I recommended and installed a high-performance Rheem central AC system. This upgrade enhanced cooling efficiency, reduced energy consumption, and provided the homeowner with long-term cost savings.
Springtime HVAC Tune-Up: During a scheduled spring HVAC tune-up, I performed an in-depth maintenance service, which included cleaning the evaporator coil, straightening coil fins, clearing condensate drains, inspecting refrigerant lines for leaks, and securing all electrical connections. These preventive measures ensured the system's peak efficiency for the warm months ahead.
I arrived and ran the endoscope camera through the length of pipe to see where clog was. I noticed it was mainly at the flapper. I then went outside and cleaned it from the outside making sure to get the lint free from the hinges. I then ran the brush through the entire length of pipe and vacuumed it out. I also rinsed the condenser and gave it a wax treatment at no additional charge to the homeowner.
Furnace Repair Service: A residential client experienced issues with uneven heating in their home. After a thorough inspection, I balanced the gas pressure and adjusted the flame sensor, restoring consistent warmth to every room.
Heating System Repairs: Arrived at a client's home to resolve heating inefficiencies. Identified and cleaned a clogged burner assembly, which significantly improved combustion and ensured steady, reliable warmth throughout the home.
Winter HVAC System Tune-Up: Performed a comprehensive winter HVAC maintenance service, focusing on optimizing the system for colder months. Inspected the heat exchanger for cracks, cleared and adjusted burner assemblies, tested safety controls, and tightened electrical connections. These preventative measures ensure safe, efficient, and consistent heating throughout the winter.
